Consumer Tier Model
Five tiers define a consumer's intelligence profile inside HiQOR — from raw registration through lifetime value. Tiers reflect data richness, enrichment depth, and downstream conversion signals. Tiers are independent of routing and consent decisions.
HiQOR Pre-Qualification Engine
A proprietary decision engine that evaluates every incoming Tier 1 record against event type, geography, consent, age range, and historical patterns to determine if the lead qualifies for paid enrichment.

Captured through wellness and fitness event participation flows. Health-relevant signals are collected with explicit consumer consent and appended to the profile at no additional cost.
Enrichment runs on Tier 2 leads only. Strong profile indicators — high income, homeownership, affluence — may advance to Tier 3. Enrichment alone does not guarantee it.
Paid enrichment is only triggered for pre-qualified leads, optimizing spend while maximizing data quality for high-propensity consumers.

After enrichment, a consumer transitions from Tier 1 to Tier 2. A full profile now supports product matching and propensity scoring in Cakewalk.

Sean is now a Tier 2 Enriched Consumer. To advance to Tier 3 Premium, engagement and qualification signals must be captured — email opens, quote starts, application activity.
